I understand the need for poi at least, considering how there's already another tag for poi_(goldfish_scoop) and specifying the tag would help with the distinction between the two. Whether the same should be done with other phrases though, I'm not sure.

I don't really see why we need it for the other phrases.
I went to all three of them and there are no normal tags which begin with these phrases. Ok, mayber there is an artist or character, but the artist etc. belongs to a seperate tag group.
So I'd go with no but maybe there are other opinions^^.
