These two labels are actually the same character.
Either modify it manually or merge it in batches.
In addition, this post can also discuss which name should be better to call this character.

I see the artist wrote Lamprey in an image, but I'd romanize the name ヤツメウナギちゃん/やつめうなぎちゃん without the honorific suffix, like yatsume unagi or yatsumeunagi. The artist's name should be used as a qualifier.

The qualifier should be kept, and I think it'd be a better idea to rename instead of aliasing since it's a bit ambiguous.
