You deserve it. I honestly consider this kind of translation a form of art, and cannot be easily done unless one has sufficient knowledge on several languages as well as the culture backgrounds of those languages.
We're in the Age of Multilingual Dominance, after all. If you don't understand at least 3 different languages (even cursory), you're not gonna be able to keep up with the rest of the world.
@AdventZero Yes but understand foreign languages =/= able to translate, especially at this level.
Well, that's true. Even I'm having a hard time with my 3rd and 4th language. Understanding it enough to get the gist of things or recognizing which language it is should be a start.
Ack!Now put those things on!Ye dornt pay attention durin' history class, dae ye?Dumpfbacken!
You dopes!Same goes for the French.Medieval, my foot! These clothes be from the Colonial Era of the British Empire!Great Britain shall not become a laughing stock among the Krauts!I am no nurse.Harrumph! Balderdash! WWII uniforms were, pish, complete mingers. Quite unlike our elegant and dignified royal garb.I do suppose this isn't too bad.Tradition, are you out of your bleeding minds!? We're not nancing and prancing about in the Napoleonic Wars right now—we're in the middle of World War II!The WWII uniforms of our great British Empire shall and must be more stylish and en vogue than our German counterparts! And those girls from that island nation in the far east wear their traditional dresses as well, so why all the fuss?I'd still say that WWII uniforms look far better. Take a look at the Jerries—they appear much more modern.I have this most peculiar conundrum on my mind... why are you chaps dressed up in medieval garb?
