All the engrish jokes aside, I find the notion behind this image to be utterly depressing.
The person who drew it is essentially saying "I know we're all shallow perverts who doesn't give two shits about education, so let's make that into a joke and all laugh!"
This is 2016, there is no reason anyone who has a computer in their house should not be able to access an adequate education and at least see it's importance.
It's hard however to say if the artist's intention was mocking as you interpret it, or ironic, with Ellen snapping and identifying with her R34 self, as to say "look what you've done to the poor girl".

I doubt it. The artist definitely know that this trend is wrong, but if he's going to paint it in a darker, realistic tone, then I don't think the art would be so bubbly, and that he would actually care enough to make sure his english isn't so broken.
It's like how many fujoshis don't only openly admits, but prides in how "rotten" they themselves are, many otakus also take pride in how shallow, perverted, one-track minded and counterproductive to society they are.
It's something I'll never understand why anyone would do, and that's what I feared to be the sentiment behind this image
I came to Japan just to teach English. Why do you ogle me?Fine. I'll teach you-No kidding!Mixing fact and fiction...-with my body
