I'm not very good with regional dialects (i.e. Tohoku), but the following is what I've come up with so far:
Translation
ăă ă: I/me (Tohoku regional dialect) ććźż: Harajuku ă§: at/in ăăšă: date (not the calendar kind, the romantic kind) ăšă: or something like that æ§ăăŠ: to long for; to yearn after; to admire; to be attracted by; ă§...ăăă°?: ??? ăŁăŠăă: said ăšă: place ă«ă: also; too; èĄăăŠăăȘă... ??? (maybe weird inflection of "to go" verb...)
ăăăŸă: not very ăȘă·ăŁăŹ: stylish ăšă: or something like that ăă: past-tense of "to do", but here indicates this is her present state ăăš: makes a noun out of the previous clause çĄăăŠ: negative "to be"
It sounds like she's saying that she's always wanted to go on a date to Harajuku, but wouldn't it be embarrassing to walk with her since she believes she's not that stylish... or something like that ...?
But aren't you embarrassed to be seen walking with me?
I've never been fashionable or anything...I've been wanting to go on a date to Harajuku...
Starbucks...? I've wanted to go there too...
