Serval seems like a fun girl, and I don't even watch this show. I think I might have to.
Fair warning: the animation is trash, and the first episode is the worst by far. Episode 2 sets up the general formula, and Episode 3 is where the charm really starts to shine through. Its a strangely enjoyable show, despite being so "bad".

Agreed, the animation is a total fail but people just ignore it afterwards after seeing the goodness of the story

Frankly, the animation pretty much kills it for me, no matter how good it might be otherwise. A professional, full-length series should not look merely slightly better than the first volume of RWBY (which, in the first place, I only tolerated because it's short and made by "amateurs").
It'd be fine if it were a short one, I just can't stand to look at it for nearly half and hour.
The animation does get kinda better later on. Or, at least, they went out of their way not to do what they did in the chase scene in the first episode.

10 man studio. Tiny budget. What were you expecting?
