As much as I would like to continue the joke, even though Radagon is indeed part of Marika, the exact nature of their fusion is unclear. We know that they were originally two separate people (Goddess and man), and that (seriously, spoilers here) Marika shattered the Elden Ring while Radagon then proceeded to try and mend it. Becoming her consort may very well mean taking Radagon's place, or Radagon losing individuality within Marika. If that's not enough, Marika herself orchestrated most major, destructive things in the lore for one reason or another, such as sealing off the Erdtree intentionally, having a hand in the stealing of destined death, waging a war against the fire giants and then the dragons, banishing her first Elden Lord, Godfrey, so that he and his followers would become tarnished and fight and die in foreign lands, and most of all, did this all at the behest of the Greater Will.
On the bright side Marika offsping with the Tarnished would be with no backtracks since is no longer result of incest
Not so unfortunately, as Godfrey/Hoarah Loux is unrelated to Marika, yet 2 out of his 3 children with her were Omens (Morgott and Mohg), meaning that they had tainted blood and grew antlers all over their body. Even the one perfect child, Godwyn, was something else, as in life, he was a normal demigod, but when his soul was removed on the night of black knives, his body deforms into what can only be called an abomination, something that doesn't happen to other dead demigods. As well, say what you will about Malenia and Miquella, but Malenia was explicitly cursed by the Goddess of Rot, while Miquella honestly doesn't have it that bad, with his only "backtrack" being that he's forever a child, meaning that he's effectively another Godwyn, just younger. On a final note, if Radagon was fully fused with Marika by the time of his initial marriage to Rennala, then their demigod children could be considered the ideal lineage, as everything bad that happened to them was not the result of their parents, but rather, how they handled the shattering, with Radahn and Rykard making grabs for power, while Ranni sought to be free of working for the Greater will by killing herself.

I'm pretty sure Godwyn's circumstances can be explained as he is neither dead nor alive as when he kicked the bucket, ranni also kicked the bucket thus both of them are neither "dead nor alive" but that is true if Godwyn became what we see in the game then Ranni's own corpse should be no different but is that because she was never buried? honestly I really don't know, now bigger question is why did Marika had Godwyn assassinated perhaps she knew of other things? maybe Godwyn like Malenia was also secretly cursed by another outer god? Bloodborne hunters never really got the job done then?... nah... considering Maliketh is somehow related to Marika in some way why.... make a convoluted scheme just for destroying the elden ring

Make sure to edit your post for spoilers, but yeah, there is simply not enough known yet to come to a definitive conclusion. What is relevant here is that Marika is a whole can of worms that should be thrown out, though substituting her is another matter altogether.

Marika's actions start making sense when you consider them from the perspective she's not some ingenious mastermind, she probably didn't really intend for a lot of what went down in the setting's later background history to even happen, especially following her current out-of-commission state resulting from the Shattering. This is why groups that are supposed to be acting under her authority start sabotaging each other in ways that don't make sense if you assume they're working towards the same goal. For example, how the Black Knives turn on Ranni near the end of her questline despite Marika seeming to condone Ranni's bid for the throne.
The simplest explanation is that Marika shattering the Elden Ring was, like Gwyn linking the fire before her, an act of desperation or otherwise a matter of her taking the best actions she was capable of taking given limited time, resources, and leeway from the Greater Will, hoping those she left behind - particularly the Tarnished - would sort things out. This left certain characters loyal to her (more so than the Greater Will), out to dry, since they weren't aware of the whole situation, and it doesn't make sense Marika wouldn't have kept them in the loop if she was capable of doing so.
