Similar to forum #27837 for fellow Capcom fighter Darkstalkers, changing the series to its more recognizable name in the rest of the world. Since Iincho/Chairperson needs to have her qualifier changed, might as well switch it to the name used in the rest of the world as well.

As for the other characters, romanization is being updated to use the official Capcom translations per the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 website, and moving Edge and Zaki to their well known nicknames rather than the lesser known full names.

Yes, and I'm pretty sure Darkstalkers was done because it was the much more common name AND the Japanese name (Vampire) was ambiguous

NCX cited a case where we went with English titles over Japanese with Darkstalkers (topic #27837), not to mention the previous cases we've had where we've switched from Japanese to English, such as Fire Emblem (topic #16149), Xenoblade (topic #17157) , Pokemon (topic #17160), Animal Crossing (topic #17597), Dangaronpa (topic #17762), Splatoon (topic #17812), Ace Attorney (topic #19566), and probably other cases I've forgotten at this point, not to mention the fact that this practice isn't actually wholly consistent for other languages like Chinese (topic #23510), as well as the trend since topic #17011 to go with official romanizations as opposed to purely our standard, due to recognizability (something repeated in discussion in topic #30058).
