create alias pulling_own_hair -> grabbing_own_hair

consistency with alias #46840 (pulling_another's_hair -> grabbing_another's_hair)

to be honest i don't personally like this alias to begin with as merely grabbing and pulling are two pretty distinct actions, but i'm putting this out here for voting and consistency purposes.

I agree with you, the tags being grabbing_another's_ear vs. pulling_own_ear has always annoyed me.

create implication grabbing_another's_hair -> holding_another's_hair
create implication grabbing_own_hair -> holding_own_hair

I don't really see any visual difference between holding own hair, grabbing own hair and pulling own hair, but I guess a temporary solution would be to just alias grabbing own hair and pulling own hair together to have a more forceful version of holding own hair, and imply it to that.

We also have holding another's hair. And pulling another's hair is already aliased to grabbing another's hair.

create alias pulling_tongue -> tongue_pull
create alias pulling_arm -> arm_pull
create alias pulling_tail -> tail_pull

consistency with existing tags like cheek pull, eyelid pull, mouth pull etc.

We've been moving away from noun_verb towards verbing_noun because they often tend to be ambiguous. For tail pull for example, who's doing the pull? We should be distinguishing between characters pulling their own tail and pulling another's. Same for tongues and arms.

on second thought, splitting these off into xing_another's/own_y tags is something i can get behind.

i tried taking a shot at the pulling another's hair favgroup a few weeks ago and found it surprisingly difficult to come up with a purely visual test for grabbing vs pulling. i guess grabbing for forceful and holding for non-forceful is good enough.
