Paid Reward Ban Request Thread

I'm subbed to their Patreon and I don't see any sort of public post with this specific image. Nor on their Twitter.

Either the sourcing is incorrect or dubious, or it's a third party edit.

Edit: Maybe it's a me issue. I can't be for certain. For some reason desite being a paid member of this artist I specifically cannot access this content. If others can then 👍

To reiterate: as asgembed said, this post is on the free tier. Free tier content is allowed to be uploaded.

For other potentially similar cases: if the post was free at the time of upload, it's allowed. It happens a few times where a post that is initially free is later locked (e.g. artists releasing pieces for free for the duration of Golden Week before its pulled off). We don't retroactively deal with those cases.

A question sir, if a post was locked but after a time was uploaded on pixiv by the artist, the content could be allowed?

That's unfortunate.
But, is it possible to keep post #9538152 unbanned? Technically it is still a promotional art owned by kuro games. You can just remove cinkai tag, like it was originally posted here in first place.

That's not how it works. There was no artist tag because the embargo was still in place between the artist and the company so it wasn't known who the artist was. If the artist is known, they should be tagged on the post.
