Tag Category Correction

I haven't seen a thread pass by for this, and now that there's a limitation of regular users that only lets us fix the category of tags with less than 50 posts I can't fix them any more.

Someone changed highres from a General tag to an Artist one.

I tried to fix it but it just jumped right back.

That's because the tag itself had the correct (general) category, but it's category was cached as artist for some reason. (This has been a bug for a while and nobody knows what causes it still.)

When this happens you can fix it by doing a tag search for highres and then clicking "fix". This clears the cache. I just fixed this tag.
