What is the difference between these two tags? And is there any criteria to decide whether to use one of them, like with the "large/huge_breasts" tags? And do we really need two different tags for that?
It seems like the "extreme_insertion" tag shows even larger and more ridiculous insertions than the "large" tag, but I feel that one tag should cover any size, as long as they ARE big enough to fit the tag.
I don't know why I laugh every time I see the word "extreme". Maybe it's EXTREME Advertising fault. If anything, put in large_insertion. Who knows if people try to make drawn sex a radical, EXTREME thing...
