Weird connection shit

Asparagus reporting in. I don't know what happened but I get a connection timeout ftom any browser from windows xp. Shit started about a week ago when I reinstalled windows. At first using opera turbo helped but now it's also useless. I can stil login through proxy though. On windows 7 everything works just fine, but my ssd with it crashed recently T_T
It's definitely not provider's block. I have no idea what happened.

Edit: now I was able to connect after turning turbo on and off. It happens sometimes that I can get through, but after 20 minutes or so it's timeout again.

Have just confirmed it - it's a tendency. Got connection timeout, turned turbo on, page loaded. Turned it off - timeout again.
