How do I tag this?

Looks like photo background with filter, needs verification.

Short version: I don't think it's a photo background, just traced (photo-referenced).

Long version:
Real-life location: https://goo.gl/maps/gV7DSQaCo7oyG2v58

Based on the leaves etc. it seems to be not just a filter. Artist does mention using real-life "backgrounds" but I didn't see explicit reference of using photographs anywhere (though that's clearly happening here).

<speculative rambling>
The trees definitely are drawn (1 and 2). This part of the rocks at the bottom also seems to match this one as found on Street View, and to me the surrounding coloring looks more like something a human would use rather than a filter.

no, a capelet covers the full frontal part of the shoulders, and wouldn't be that long on the back. I thought we had a tag like "short cape" or "mini cape" but apparently I was gaslighting myself; cape should suffice there.

I'll go with short cape.

Is there a tag for the cleavage cutout effect by a shrug? Should we start tagging shrug colors? How to tag the top? Tank top? Camisole?

Can't be cleavage cutout if it's a shrug, not quite framed breasts either, i don't know how niche this thing is. But shrugs do need some color tagging indeed
It is not seen whether the shirt is a camisole, a tank top or even a strapless shirt, it could be either since the top part is covered by the shrug, but imo by the design of the shirt, i'd say it's more likely to be strapless. Not gonna tag it though, i think it's better to just not try to tag something if it's so ambiguous with more than 2 possibilities (TWYS)

As someone who keeps an eye on shrugs I'd say it's quite a popular design, and sometimes the exact reason why they chose a shrug instead of a jacket. This can occasionally happen with other garments like cape too. I think it warrants a tag.

The weird thing is that on the official reference sheet, on the view from behind, her top looks like it continues all the way to her neck, which makes it neither a camisole, a tank top nor a strapless shirt.

Then i'm fine with a "framed cleavage" tag

I wanted to create chartags because I'm an up to date novel reader, but AFAIK there are no abbreviations for the series other than Mynoghra. Mynoghra is one of the lesser known great old ones from Lovecraft's mythos. Should I use it as a qualifier?

The ln has been published digitally in English as "Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin" btw.
