serafuku -> sailor fuku Possible Aliasing

According to Wikipedia, セーラー服 is romanized as Sailor Fuku. Serafuku is just the romaji for it. Narrowing it down, セーラー in the term appears to specifically refer to the English word, Sailor, like in 美少女戦士セーラームーン or Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.

I'm not sure if this was discussed before, but should we alias to the proper romanization?

"Sailor fuku" is mixed english/japanese. I literally see only "serafuku" and "sailor suit/uniform/etc" and not "sailor fuku" outside of pseudo-encyclopediac sources.

Any other responses? The aliasing can take multiple BURs to perform due to its nature.

I have a bit of a problem how serafuku is used on this site however. People seem to just use that tag but ignore the length and color of the upper garment and whether it's a blouse, necktie or neckerchief, whether there is a sailor color, the type and color of skirt... Also there isn't a name like that for cardigan school uniforms.
