create alias xiao_bailong -> yulong_(journey_to_the_west)
According to post #2020661, these two names refer to the same character from the novel. However, Yulong is the more commonly used tag and is also apparently the most commonly used name for the character.
Also, I woud like to request for the change of the tag name yulong_(journey_to_the_west) to just yulong, as there is nothing else on the site referred to by that name, and any further instances of it will likely refer to this character.
