-1, video isn't a catch-all tag for videos like the name implies. The wiki says it's for video files that aren't GIF or animated PNG, which in practice means several mistagged JPGs and unanimated PNGs, a handful of flash and webm posts, and some video formats that the site doesn't even display such as AVI or MPG

(Among the JPGs and unanimated PNGs, it seems it's being misused for drawings of characters watching videos online?)
