I would normally argue in favor of keeping SWF files because of their lossless graphics (think IOSYS animations)
However, in this case, the SWF file is just a repackaged video stream that has also been subjected to some atrocious compression, just to get it through the Danbooru upload queue during the time of SWF files and years before proper video support was implemented.

While the usual way would be to just make a new upload and parent it to the existing post, I think that the over a decade worth of history connected to post #549356 should be taken into account. And given that both the SWF and the MP4 above technically come from the same source, replacing it with a MP4 with superior audio and video quality (and small QoL things like normal seek support) would imho be the way to go.
