sofmap_background is a blue and white step_and_repeat with the Sofmap logo. Other versions exist, with other colors and logos.
The name "step and repeat" comes from the Wikipedia article. Other names include "step and repeat banner" and "press wall," but for now I chose step_and_repeat as the tag name because, unlike the other names, it triggered Google's "People also ask" feature when searched, which indicated to me that it was the wider-used term.
