I'm been using the crxMouse Gesture chrome extension which allows me to "Superdrag" the link embedded in a tumbnailed image to open it in a new tab.
This was useful to have on Danbooru for quite a while, until it suddenly stopped working on a few months ago.
However, it still works on other boards like Gelbooru and Sankaku.
A fix would be appreciated.
I think you would have better luck raising an issue with crxMouse developers. From what I can see, there's nothing inherently wrong or unusual with Danbooru's layout, it's plain HTML5 using <a> for links, not relying heavily on Javascript or anything. A quick skim through extension bug tracker at the store suggests that devs disabled it on certain sites, you might want to check if Danbooru's one of them:

Please check the crxMouse popup menu when gestures don't work and see if there's a message saying 'Gestures are not supported on this page'. This way you will know if it's a bug or a known thing.

Alright. I also considered that the extension might be the issue, but I couldn't be sure because it does work on similar boorus. I've already reported the issue to crxMouse, with no response, sadly.
