Upload validation error

I've been trying to upload an image since yesterday, but every time I get the same error "Validation failed: Md5 confirmation doesn't match Md5". Just in case I'm doing something wrong, the steps I follow are:

- Upload the image via dragging it from a folder to the browser
- Put the source and fetch its data
- Add tags and the commentary from the source.
- Hit upload

I'm not sure what I have to do, or if it's related to my account or something

You need to skip the second part and add the source after you have finished uploading it, it's a known bug.
