Question about crotch_cutout tag

Does crotch cutout only refer to lower garment wear that is intentionally designed that way, or can it include torn_* articles like torn panties, torn shorts, torn leotard, etc? The wiki doesn't say anything, so I don't want to misinterpret it before populating it with torn_* images.

I still think it should be replaced with crotchless for uniformity with the other *less tags. The crotchless wiki is a lot more definitive wiki on the subject of torn clothing.

I wasn't aware of that discussion. I only asked because I uploaded pool:14550 the other day which has some related posts. I didn't use crotch_cutout (used torn pantyhose instead), but I thought there would be something I could tag the crotchless element with.
