[APPROVED] Winged shoes to winged footwear

remove implication winged_shoes -> shoes
create alias winged_shoes -> winged_footwear
create alias winged_boots -> winged_footwear

Reason: There can be winged footwear other than shoes, such as in post #3415702 and post #1514865.

If you're aliasing winged_shoes, you should alias winged_boots as well.

Uh, I didn't notice that tag existed.
Still, I'm gonna leave this here. I don't know if anyone is interested in searching specifically for winged shoes vs. boots, but that seems like something that would be easily done with a two tag search.

Also common are winged sandals, notably worn by Princess Athena and Panty (PSG). Since sandals do not imply shoes, images like post #757334 should have the shoes tag removed after this goes through.
