Reason: The character is Qingkuniang (轻库娘), mascot of Chinese light novel site Linovel, who recently gained some international fame as a guest character in Mahjong Soul. In Japanese her name is written 軽庫娘 and read Keikumusume, which is also the name used in the English version of Mahjong Soul. Since she is originally a Chinese character made for a Chinese-language website, I went with the Mandarin reading for the tag. Adding the Japanese reading may be useful as an alias.
