Being able to search Post Changes by Tags that were in the original post would be useful for those that have a lot of Post Changes or for those that don't remember what they exactly tagged on a post.
An example of this would be If I decided to search the Tag Weapon, my Post Changes would show me all posts tagged Weapon that I have made a tag edit on even though I did not add the Weapon Tag itself.
