Updating the doctor_(arknights) tag wiki

There should probably be a note stating that if the gender isn't blatantly obvious it should be tagged as 1other. I will admit that by default the doctor looks male but officially they're an other and should be tagged accordingly.

Took a look at the responses there and I agree that there should be a male_doctor tag since it would make searching easier and probably do a lot to get people to tag the doctor correctly.

I don't see anything wrong with that. It wasn't necessary to do so for all the other player avatars because they were more commonly depicted as male, and rarely as ambiguous, so having the base tag used for male depictions and a female counterpart tag worked fine. The doctor is most often depicted ambiguously, and a doctor_(arknights) 1boy search gets noise from male operators, so a male doctor (arknights) tag is the cleanest option.

Also supporting the male_doctor tag suggestion and the 1other suggestion, as by default the Doctor is ambiguous on purpose.
