Improvements to Artist URLs section

Posted under Bugs & Features

Recently, the artist wiki has been made harder to access, to make users add artist URLs to the artist URLs section. While i think this isn't bad by itself (especially because sometimes wikis became bloated and repetitive with the artist URLs section), i feel like there's much room for improvement.
There are artists with over 20 URLs (for example peso (cheese company), or d.koutya), and having them in a completely disordered manner is... bad.

As such, these are my suggestions:

1) Add auto-reordering of URLs

Grouping up URLs makes it easier to find what one is searching for. Something like

pixiv accounts -> Sub pixiv accounts (sketch, ...) -> Twitter -> Privatter/etc -> Tumblr -> Paid reward sites -> ...

would definitely help. Especially if some artists have multiple pixiv accounts, but they're separated between all the other links.

2) Add commentary

Being able to comment on the purpose of some links would definitely help, especially if artists have separate twitter accounts for SFW and NSFW artworks, or have personal webpages.
This is the main gripe i have on using only Artist URLs and not the wiki, since the wiki allows you to add them. If this feature is added, it will make adding links to the wiki pretty much obsolete.

First.
I think it was originally intended to display relevant (new) links at the top. However, in reality, the top can easily be old relevant links. So I don't see much sense in the current sort.
I recommend sorting alphabetically with grouping by site:
1. Popular sites (pixiv, deviant art, twitter, ...)
2. Other relevant sites
3. Strikethrough irrelevant sites
This sorting will allow you to quickly jump to a well-known site without searching through the links. Out of date links at the end of the list will not interfere with browsing.

Second.
Not a bad proposal, but due to the validation of links, we need the best option for adding notes. It would be possible to make buttons for adding lines under each link, but this will complicate the work with them. Processing links together with the text as a single block will cause complications if the links contain symbols that indicate the absence of a link, or when the link (or part of it) is indicated in the link description.

Third:
Basically, you can just put an exclamation mark at the beginning of the link to indicate important links (artist home page, main site, etc.)
This way, it would be possible to override the sorting priority of links without making the link validation much more difficult.
