Useless tag without description (wiki): wallpaper_forced.

The lack of a wiki, in and of itself, is not a reason to remove a tag. If a tag doesn't have a wiki, the solution is to create one.

This tag could probably be replaced by resized and/or cropped, but considering that wallpaper-forced posts are almost invariably third-party edits that adversely alter the content of the image, nobody should be uploading them anyway.

This might refer to a picture which has been forced into wallpaper standard: 640x480px, 1024x768px, 1280x720px, 1600x900px, etc. Often results in a bad aspect ratio.

Tell me if the Community have a better explanation than the above.
