Fiery wings and wings implication

I'm actually not sure some of these should be labelled as wings. Some of them are more just flames coming from the back.

Examples:

I don't think such posts should be tagged as "wings" when they're lacking being shaped to be recognizable as wings. Though I'm not sure if such posts should be moved to some other tag, or if the wings tag should only be applied to posts where it is recognizable that they're wings (ex: post #741418)

I would say at least 2 of the examples resemble wings. In Fiery-Cirno's case I probably wouldn't call those fires wings.

Ice wings are also implicating wings, but in most cases they are just crystals of ice floating (or even growing) behind. Even excluding Cirno:

And yet they implicate wings. There aren't many pictures in which ice wings actually look like made-of-ice wings.
I've just noticed, that large wings don't have an implication too. That's strange.

Maybe some reorganisation should be done? We have Phoenix wings and Fiery wings. How about "birdly-shaped" wings go into Phoenix wings and different flaming protrusions from the back goes into Fiery wings? They can overlap. But I don't know if that's a good idea, it may be confusing.
