create implication parking_garage -> parking_lot
I feel it needs an implication since the place is an indoor version of the parking lot, usually connected either below a building or within the first floor of it.

Visually there can be a decent difference between an outdoor parking lot depiction and an indoor parking garage. Is there really a need to lump both visuals together? post #4942990 for example shows the entrance and exit to a parking garage, but it doesn't actually show the lot area of it, so a garage can be recognizable without actually it including the indoor parking portion.

I would include them both together because I feel that these signs and the layout of the place of the post above could fit the context of the tag.

Is that what you're calling a "parking lot" in post #5295166?

Yes, the sign indicates so, in my opinion, the entrance itself should qualify for the tag as well, though I'm always open to feedback before reconsidering my opinion.
