Looking at this forum it looks like it's been a year since this has been a problem. It's kind of annoying having a thing at the bottom of my searches saying I'm missing out on x number of posts but then I can't even pay to see them. Like if you won't let me pay why hide them?

It would be nice if there was an explanation in the FAQ section of the Upgrade page. I was wondering why things were the way they were for ages until finally stumbling upon this forum page.
And I kinda understand why things are the way they are, especially considering the "censored tags", so even while accepting uncencorable payments like crypto things can get a little bit risky, my suggestion is to have a "Danbooru Silver" option, that gives you all the benefits of Gold except loli/shota content, while leaving gold upgrades on hold for a little longer. Its not a perfect solution, its not even really a solution, but its better than nothing.
Either way, just add some sort of explanation to the faq

it ~theoretically~ could be,
some time ago, i joined a patreon
and the day after it, the owner of it manually sent me a massage with a link to all of his compiled works
so, you should be capable of seeing who joined and are able, to send massages to them
so, what you'd need to do now ... add a new layer here (patreon name) and create a system, that automatically registers your patreon names to unlock them here ... should be possibly, no? (or alternatively send a generated unlock code when joining or something like that)

I get thereās no other option currently, my question is why hasnāt there been any major attempts to solve it? A lot of people are suggesting solutions(granted most wonāt work anyway) but there still isnāt any indication from the head honcho of any major attempts at a fix.

Well you had time write this reply so post 3 or 5 artworks a day you get it eventually.
Who was the last gold member ? This reminds me of children of men, where there was a celebrity famous for being the youngest person in the world and he was constantly bothered by paparazzi.

The Builder "barapedia" who got promoted at September only did a single Edit. No Posts or Notes.
The Builder who got promoted at March, "redtails sock", did only 1 Post and 47 Edits. Also no Notes.
Both of them never posted on Forum.
How did they got promoted?

The first account explains why in the feedback and the second in the name. They're alternate accounts of people who are already builders, so they asked to have the other account promoted as well.
Is there a general time window within which we can expect gold to be available for purchase again? Like a year, two, five? Or are the site administrators currently so out of options with the payment providers that thereās no way to give an estimate, and itās just up in the air indefinitely until a solution is found?
Is there anything the siteās users can do to help get the Gold upgrades back on the platform? š¤
I would also like to again express my concern that the āPrivate favorites and votesā option is still completely unavailable to users, as it is currently locked behind Gold, and cannot be obtained by upgrading a userās rank to Builder/Contributor.

Builders and above have all of the Gold benefits and more. My favorites, favgroups and upvotes are public because I prefer to keep them public, for example.

Oh, thatās good to know at least! The settings page just says that Gold is needed, and even the announcement specified it as āGold-onlyā, so thatās why I was confused.

See help:users for rough guidelines on what it takes to get promoted. For builder specifically, you need a decent number of uploads with not too many deleted uploads.
