Yeah, seems more reasonable for it to be an alias instead of mass update + nuke.

To play devil's advocate, I think twisty boobs is supposed to be this move in paizuri where the boobs are twisted on top of each other:

whereas unaligned breasts is more when they're bouncing in opposite directions.

Going by how the user that created the tag and wrote its wiki was using it, I'm honestly not sure that's actually the case.

I don't have any problem with repurposing it for that, though. It might need a better name.
