Pokemon SV protagonist names

BUR #11851 has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

create alias female_protagonist_(pokemon_sv) -> juliana_(pokemon)
create alias male_protagonist_(pokemon_sv) -> florian_(pokemon)

We now know the protagonist's names thanks to the latest trailer. Aoi and Haruto are their Japanese names.

The bulk update request #11851 (forum #219651) has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

Removed the JP names. As mentioned in a previous thread, we're two year in since the big JP -> EN names move for Pokemon.
