Generalizing this small tag.

Edit: I just remembered we also have licking weapon, which licking blade implies but not licking knife. I'm not sure if there's a need to have such degree of precision for a tag this small. Yeah sure, a knife is not always a weapon, but it's three different tags for the exact same thing.

I was gonna be pedantic, but it turns out any issues I have with this are issues I have with the jankiness of the knife tag in general so I see no reason to remove one aspect of said jank.

remove implication licking_knife -> licking

Removing these implications otherwise they'd transfer to licking blade.
