Seeing as other battlesuits imply their character, it should be the case for Elysia's outfits.

Battlesuit names (like Miss Pink Elf) already implies that they're from HI3rd. There is no need to make the tag longer.
Usually if the umbrella tag has a qualifier, the costume tag should, too. See blue poison (shoal beat) (arknights) and keqing (opulent splendor) (genshin impact)
There’s also mobius (daughter of corals) (honkai impact)
