The name is 璃月ジャージ, I see no reason to change our tag name to something harder to find.

ジャージ jaaji in Japanese is a track suit, not what we would call "jersey" in English usually. It's wasei-eigo, and so calling it "China Jersey" is kind of only half-translating 中国ジャージ (not 璃月 which is Liyue and specific to Genshin Impact as far as I know). But I guess that tag is OK as is as long as people know not to mistakenly tag any posts as jersey (which happens a lot to track jackets anyway).
