This tag is a mess. Currently it's a random mix of posts where the artist said it was a WIP, but it already looks finished, or they never actually plan to finish it, or they didn't even call it a WIP, the tagger just assumed it was because it looked vaguely sketchy. I think it should be limited to cases where we have a parent/child set with an actually finished parent and an unfinished child. Otherwise this tag is about as meaningful as the classic "tag everything as sketch because the artist drew something incredibly detailed then called it a rkgk".
