Imply bad_booth_id -> bad_id or alias to bad_pixiv_id

create implication bad_booth_id -> bad_id

A type of bad ID.
However, I am unsure if it shouldn't be simply an alias for bad Pixiv ID instead, since Booth is a part of Pixiv. Alternate BUR upcoming.
