Alias lizardman to reptile boy

BUR #14501 has been rejected.

create alias lizardman -> reptile_boy

Seems to be functionally the same thing. There is no corresponding "lizardwoman" tag, after all.

The only exception among the tagged posts I can find is post #1414826.
At the same time, lizardman -1boy -multiple_boys seems to imply a lot of lizardmen don't qualify as people. Should that be ammended to include their gender count?

They absolutely should. Pretty much all of them have an obviously male physique, any similar-looking character is tagged as reptile_boy.
