Aliasing Ooka Miko

create alias ooka_miko -> ouka_miko

Same character, different romanization. Ouka_Miko also has a better wiki.

Initially downvoted since Ooka Miko has been the preferred romanization for years (a pun on ookami), but it looks like it was officially set to Ouka once she became a Vtuber.

For the record, it is written オウカ/Ouka (not Ooka) in Japanese.
