create alias top_(toy) -> spinning_top

For findability. There are a lot of tags with "top" in them, so it's hard to find the wording we use in the dropdown.

(+1). Qualifier in parentheses for tags is not a good idea.

im guessing most of the those are (cosplay)

~6800 of them are not cosplay.
