Accoring to https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulbus_glandis , the knot on penis is an exclusive structure of canid mammals. So I suggest dog_dildo should be a synonym for knotted_dildo.

We didn't do this with knotted penis because surprising nobody, artists don't care what Wikipedia says. There are instances of people slapping knots on definitely-not-dog penises (and also instances where you only know it's a dog penis because of the shape, whilst the area that would contain the knot is concealed as in post #5634598 and post #5634599).

Yeah I guess after all we need to keep these two separate because of edge cases. It didn't occur to me when I approved this, but there's cases of knotted_penis horse_penis (post #4793605) so it's not impossible for there to be dildo variants.
I'll readd dog dildo to all the posts and then remove the wrong ones manually.
