rename ark_uniform -> ark_uniform_(blue_archive)
I suggest adding a qualifier because this is not a tag for a general type of clothing, but an costume that can only be found in a specific copyright, blue archive.

ark uniform can be seen as kinda ambiguous, but this one really isnt

I added this BUR for now because of consistency with the other costume tags in BA, and to make the tags easier to find for people who aren't familiar with BA's costume tags.
But I question whether a swimsuit tag for a particular school is necessary per se.
In the case of school uniforms, it makes sense to use the school uniform tag without any connection to the copyright, because sometimes we do parodies on other copyrights, but in the case of swimsuits, we can just search for character + school_swimsuit or copyright + school_swimsuit, since the number of tags we currently have is small and most of the posts are consumed by characters inside that copyright.

Ah, This one has its own tag too.
We don't typically qualify school swimsuits/uniforms unless they have a name ambiguous with another copyright.
