Francisca Qualifier Rename and Deprecation

BUR #19971 has been approved by @evazion.

rename francisca -> francisca_(kaibutsu_oujo)
deprecate francisca

While uploading, I noticed that one of the single name Franciscas (the one from Kaibutsu Oujo as detailed in this BUR) is just called "Francisca" instead of having a qualifier like Francisca (Kirby) or Francisca (Shin-chan) do. This leaves the tag ambiguous, I'd imagine confusing, and is ultimately just a missing qualifier.

I'm not entirely sure how this kind of request works, but I was hoping to alias this Francisca to a qualifier, unalias it, and then deprecate the unqualified tag for it is entirely the best way to go about it (as I have never done this kind of BUR before), but I do know the unqualified version of this tag needs to be deprecated after the Kaibutsu Oujo posts are moved for it is too ambiguous to be left active and keeping it aliased would just make our lives harder.

Just use "rename" and "deprecate" because of its very low tag count.

Okay. Didn't know what the protocol for this kind of BUR was. I just saw "alias and unalias" before and assumed that was the standard (as I know renames are generally discouraged).

Alias/unalias is for when you want to perform an alias move to transfer aliases/implications but the old name is undesirable to keep due to ambiguity.

In this case the tag is very minor and has a low footprint — you could update it manually and nothing is connected to it (but don’t) — so a rename is fine.

So basically in these kinds of deprecation cases, alias + unalias for larger tags with wikis and implications, and rename for these kinds of small tags that didn't even have a wiki page before opening up this BUR? Sounds good to me! I've never done a BUR like this before, so I wasn't entirely sure how to go about it. Just knew the posts in the original tag needed to be moved and the original tag then deprecated. Thanks!
