As far as I know, the names in Atlus/NISA/Shiravune's official English releases of the games are consistent among themselves. I have no idea about the "official" subs/dubs for the various anime series, and the old fan translation of Utawarerumono 2002 uses different names, but I don't see that either is relevant.

I'd say for messy cases like these, using the "latest" or most popular romanization from more recent games is probably the safest bet, as that will be the one that will generate the most searches.

Both the Prelude to the Fallen site/steam page and the Fandom seem to be using the romanizations used in this BUR, so they're good enough for us.

This is probably the worst possible option for us. If we make up our own rules we'll end up confusing everyone who searches for these character, not just one side.
