create alias pencil_mustache -> object_on_top_lip
As the wiki mentions, the tag name is a specific facial hair style. Having it as the main name is confusing to say the least.
object_on_top_lip is what was suggested as the least ambiguous alternative on the discord. Feel free to suggest other names below if you feel like there are better options

For findability of the most common two objects used with this trope.
Let me know if the alias could be phrased in a better way.

I think I managed to remove actual facial hair from pencil_mustache and most were replaced with mustache (unless it was already present), so this BUR might be good to go.
On the other hand, I'm not really sure whether it should be an alias. Maybe rename would work better and pencil mustache could be used for actual mustache style, hence my meh vote.

I was thinking of the actual mustache when I clicked this thread earlier so I'd rather not alias them, the mustache style is very distinct and totally taggable since we already have tags like handlebar mustache. I think the name should be reserved for the real thing at the very least.

Alternate proposal. "Object on top lip" sounds really weird, it's like we're trying to make it as generic as possible when it usually only applies to pencils and pens. Alternatively, pencil on lips sounds good too.
