proper English / Localized names

I also double checked every Ghost Trick character tag here and the rest seem in line with the English releases, but not these

Should they have qualifiers...?

I considered that but doesn't look like anyone else shares these names on danbooru, nor do they seem used in anything else in general upon a brief google search

rename sissel -> sissel_(ghost_trick)

though Sissel at least should. some other tags with Sissel_ in them + seems more of a legit name just searching it up on Google
