It's Portuguese, the same user who wrote that one also made a few other Portuguese wikis that have since been translated, deleted, or aliased into existing tags. This one seems to have been missed, but like you mentioned I'm not sure it's necessary with the other existing tags.

Unless we want an umbrella tag for grabbing another's breast and grabbing own breast, there's no reason to keep this tag.
Some posts did not have either of the two "grabbing" tags, so I added them when applicable. Some of them do not seem to qualify for either tag. For example, some seem to just be nipple stimulation (post #3541415) while others are just light or incidental contact with a breast rather than an actual grab (post #5557226). I am not sure whether the tentacle sex posts can be tagged with the "grabbing" tags or not. The remaining breast_fondle -grabbing_another's_breast -grabbing_own_breast tags should be double-checked before approving this BUR.
I left both tags off of post #2476380 because I can't tell who's doing the grabbing in the first panel. It's possible the strip will need to be translated first.
