Final Gear Evelynn

BUR #27137 has been rejected.

create implication evelynn_(mutation)_(final_gear) -> evelynn_(final_gear)

im not sure if im using tag implication right, i checked the wiki and it didn't say anything about not using character tags for it. i want to deprecate evelyn as that is the wrong name of the character. she has two "n"s in her name.

Evelynn with two n's does appear correct, but Evelynn (mutation) (Final Gear) appears to not reflect the game naming. Screenshots of the game show that she's labelled Evelynn (Pathogen).

I also don't think it's necessary to depreciate the Evelyn tag.
