Blacklist combination of tags

Is there a way to blacklist or whitelist a combination of tags? Can we have it?
Example: gay is ok, muscle is ok but gay + muscle is no, or gay is no but gay + tomgirl is ok
Also can we have tomgirl aliased to otoko_no_ko?

If you go to the blacklisted tags box and put "gay muscle" on one line, that will blacklist only posts that have both.

Not sure about this one. I refer to them as femboys instead of tomgirls.
